At HSN Overseas, we value your satisfaction with our premium dry fruits. To streamline the return process, please review our updated return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving, provided that the packs are sealed and undamaged.

  • For issues such as manufacturing defects, wrong products sent, or shipping defects, users must fill out a Return Request Form within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Process:

  1. Return Request Form: To initiate the return process, users must fill out the Return Request Form within 48 hours of receiving the order. The form can be found here.

  2. Reference ID: Upon submission, users will receive a Reference ID via email for their return request.

  3. Approval and Coordination: Once the return request is received and approved, we will organize a pickup at an agreed time.

  4. Refund Issuance: Upon authorization of returns, a refund will be issued within 7 working business days.

Communication Method:

  • All necessary communication, including updates on the return status and Reference ID, will be sent via email.

Timeline for Processing Returns:

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week from the date we receive the products back.

Discretion of HSN Overseas:

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of HSN Overseas.
